  • 1 tbsp Honey or agave syrup Optional; adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 cup Ice cubes For serving.

Preparation

  • Start by choosing your favorite fresh fruits. Wash them well and cut them into small pieces.
  • In a blender, add the fruit pieces along with coconut water or sparkling water.
  • If you like, you can add a little honey or agave syrup for sweetness.
  • Blend everything until smooth.
  • Pour the drink into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  • For a herbal twist, you can steep a bag of herbal tea in hot water, cool it down, and mix it with the fruit blend.

Notes

If you have leftover drinks, store them in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 2 days for the best taste and freshness. You can use frozen fruits instead of fresh, and adjust the tea steeping time for a stronger flavor.
