Streusel Topping
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes, then boil them until tender. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes with maple syrup, melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
Streusel Preparation
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, chopped nuts, and additional brown sugar with melted butter to create the streusel topping. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel mixture evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
