Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 small slider buns
  • Sliced cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, and condiments for serving

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Make sure the spices are evenly distributed.
  • Shape the beef mixture into eight small patties.

Cooking

  • Cook the patties on the grill or pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through to your liking.
  • If using cheese, place the slices on the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  • Toast the slider buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster.

Assembly

  • Assemble your sliders by placing a patty on each bun and adding your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomato, and condiments.

Notes

Don’t overmix the beef; this keeps the patties tender. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking. Experiment with different seasonings or sauces to change the flavor. Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
